Seafood.

If you hadn't figured out already, I'm a major seafood fanatic. If it's on the menu, chances are that's what I'm having. There's just so much variety; crab, lobster, scallops, prawns, not to mention all the different fishes, which can be cooked in so many ways; in pasta, risotto, tacos, salads, etc. You could literally have fish everyday cooked in a different way. The possibilities are endless!

However, when I found out that Chapman's Seafood Bar & Brasserie in Canterbury offered a seafood platter, served on ice, accompanied with a glass of champagne, I had to give it a go.

And as you can see, from the moment it arrived we were not disappointed. Crayfish, prawns, taramasalata, mussels, dressed crab meat, gravadlax.. We were in heaven.

Alice trying salmon caviar for the first time!

I'd love to go back and do it again. Cheers!
